Timberline Acres East

Homeowners Association

Overview

Timberline Acres is a wooded neighborhood of over 200 homes in Park Township, in Holland, Michigan. Surrounded by bike paths and parks, we are located just a few miles from the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. Timberline Acres is a community of families with children, empty-nesters and retirees. We offer many social activities for children, couples, and singles, as well as a peaceful place to call home.

Association Information

Timberline Acres is divided into three sections: West, East, & North.

Timberline Acres North does not currently have a Homeowners Association.

Timberline Acres West Homeowners Association is managed by Koetje Builders.

Timberline Acres East Homeowners Association is managed by volunteer residents within the Association.

This webpage was developed by Timberline Acres East exclusively for the members of the Timberline Acres East Homeowners Association. The Annual Dues, By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation, Covenants, and Rules are different between the two Associations.

If you are a resident of Timberline Acres West and wish to learn more your Association then please reach out to Koetje Builders.

Avenue of Flags

Timberline Acres proudly supports the local Avenue of Flags.

Residents that pay a “subscription fee” of $30 have an American flag placed in their front yard on six national holidays.

Club members deliver the flags at dawn and retrieve them at dusk on the holiday.

Proceeds of the Avenue of Flags are used for the Optimist Club and community programs. The Holland Optimist Club’s motto is to be a “Friend of Youth” that goes about “bringing out the best in kids.” Their goal is to get local youth more involved with their community and to keep them out of harm’s way.
